The Vitop Bag-in-Box (BIB) mini-connector is for holding
the tap open while pouring into a carafe
Our mini-connector can be used at home and in bars or restaurants that do not have a full (gravity or pump) liquid distribution system.
A typical usage would be for a small restaurant that simply wants to keep the tap open when quickly filling a number of carafes but does not want to invest in a distribution system.
Easy to use, it can be used as a communication tool to increase the loyalty of customers, by placing a personalized label on the front.
Instructions:
Unscrew the upper top knob. Remove the tamperproof seal from the Vitop tap.
Place the Vitop tap fully into the mini-connector.
Turn the top knob to open the flow.
